Our Design team is a diverse group of designers and researchers that build Agoda’s products, partnering with product managers and engineers to understand user problems and design workflows, interactions, and visual interfaces.
Responsibilities   Run discovery phases and help define product requirements.
Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback.
Present work to peers and leadership, async and in-person.
Participate in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings.
Think and write about your process and decisions.
Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design across a growing family of products/features.
Be a strategic leader with a vision for implementing experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology.
Senior Product Designer means you have a track record of:
Working with design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and aligning a group around a vision and approach.
Crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys.
Thinking and crafting at a system level, not just interface elements or pages.
Using soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making.
Balancing multiple priorities and delivering in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
