Creative Architect; MI

Position: Creative Architect (MI)
Etereo Design is a growing, highly collaborative firm with a progressive, upbeat culture looking for a go-getter to help us to the next level.

We are seeking a Creative Architect for our office in Milan who demonstrates outstanding creative abilities and a passion for innovative design solutions and an extensive knowledge of the world of architecture and interior design, of the related luxury brands, materials and their application.

The ideal candidate will excel in developing concept, space planning, 3d models, renders, presentation and mood boards for luxury residential and hospitality projects, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic excellence.

In addition to working within the creative team, the Creative Architect will actively support the Creative Director in the conceptualization and execution of creative design strategies.

Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion and Adobe Package is required.

Only candidates providing a detailed portfolio of their own work (3D models and rendering) will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Exhibit strong creative skills and a visionary approach to architecture and interior design.

Develop space planning concepts for high-end residential and hospitaly projects, focusing on luxury and innovation.

Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and team, providing support in all phases of creative design and project development.

Produce detailed 3D models, high-quality renders, and AR videos for presentations.

Research new materials, finishes, and design details to enhance project concepts.

Prepare compelling presentations for client meetings.

Skills and Qualifications

Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.

Proven experience in luxury residential and hospitality projects.

Proficiency in space planning and design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.

Strong collaborative skills and the ability to support senior creative leadership.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Education and experience

Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Demonstrated history of well-done architecture and interior concept, renders and 3D models

Minimum 5+ years of experience in architecture and interior design within UE and UAE
