Project Manager Interior Design

Your tasks
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager for Interior Design to join our in Milan.

Supporting the design and execution of TASCHEN retail stores, showrooms, offices, trade fairs, and events

Overseeing and coordinating project management with detailed implementation planning and technical drawings

Work closely with various internal and external interfaces to ensure creative and articulated presentation.

Ensure good progress and development of projects including the installation and dismantlement

Develop retail concepts for lights, spinners, labels, window display, fair furniture, TASCHEN fleet

Ensure highest level of quality and consistency in the construction of all projects. Maintaining a cost effective and ecological approach.

Make and share project progress report & completion report with store team and line managers during store visits, fairs and events

Your profile

Completed studies in the field of architecture / interior design

Graphic design knowledge is mandatory

Several years initial experience in retail / store design and trade fair design

Sound know-how in Adobe Suite, Autocad (for 2D drawings) and Sketchup (for 3D and visuals) or comparable programs

Strong communication skills

Precise, structured and solution-oriented way of working

Process-oriented mindset, analytical thinking and quick comprehension

High proficiency in English, any other languages are a plus
