Interior Innovation Designer

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Research and development of decorative materials, art and vintage design pieces to enhance storytelling and furnish retail spaces, with a strong attention to decorative details.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and select materials, furnishings and finishes liaising with Store Planning and VM teams in alignment with our brand’s aesthetic;

Participate in auctions and fairs to acquire artworks, vintage pieces, and valuable design objects suitable for our retail environments;

Uncover new design trends for industry to elevate the design innovation of the brand, including designing art and using graphic design technology;

Sites visits liaising with project managers and VM to advice on interior decoration solutions;

Developed refined product sketches and an evocative mood board, artfully combining luxurious materials, curated color palettes, and high-end visual references to convey the design vision.

PRINCIPAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION
Architectural and creative skills

Sophisticated aesthetic sensitivity

Artistic flair and attention to detail, art buying, vintage design, interior decoration / styling

Deep knowledge of premium materials such as fine woods, fragrances, textiles, rugs, etc.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Excellent interpersonal relations

Familiarity with design software is a plus

At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar position, preferred in interior design studios;

University degree with specialization in architecture or interior design

Fluent English, other languages is plus
