How will you contribute? As a Women’s Footwear Designer, you will report to the Footwear Design Director.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Conducting in-depth iconographic and material research.
Designing original concepts, shapes and volumes, and translating them into clear and impactful design proposals.
Producing high‑quality sketches, digital renderings and presentations using Procreate, Photoshop and Illustrator.
Supporting the full development cycle: from initial ideas to prototype reviews.
Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining up‑to‑date design boards in line with calendar milestones.
You will collaborate closely with :
The Footwear Design team to build coherent seasonal narratives and collections.
Product Development, Merchandising, Technical teams to ensure feasibility, construction quality and alignment with brand identity.
Who are you?
A designer with at least 5‑6 years of experience in footwear design (luxury, contemporary or high‑end sportswear), with strong sensitivity to shape, volume and materials.
Proficient in Procreate, Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with mock‑ups or 3D tools is a plus.
Deep understanding of footwear construction and an eye for detail and proportion.
Creative, rigorous, and able to work autonomously within demanding calendars.
Curious, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to the excellence of Italian craftsmanship.
English and Italian fluency required;
French is a plus.
