Senior Engineer, Test Engineering - Product development

This position offers exposure to multiple technologies and impactful silicon solutions that address global industrial needs.
Responsibilities
Interpret product and end-application needs with the Product Development Team to define Design for Test inputs
Support pre‑silicon verification through hardware prototyping and software simulations
Create test plans/procedures ensuring testability, reliability and performance
Develop hardware/software test solutions to characterize products using Automated Test Systems (ATE)
Hands‑on ATE debugging to validate new products and feed feedback to design
Identify silicon/module shortcomings and drive root‑cause investigations with timely workarounds
Analyze measurement data statistically and present detailed performance reports
Collaborate with Design Evaluation and Applications Engineers to correlate bench and ATE results
Assist in test time optimization to meet cost targets
Travel up to 10%
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent) with 4+ years in test development, silicon evaluation, or related roles
Experience in PCB in‑circuit and functional test (plus)
Practical PCB test board design and layout knowledge
Experience with mixed‑signal design, data gathering/analysis
Scripting experience (Python, Matlab)
Strong problem‑solving and initiative; ability to work independently
