Overview  Process Group Leader - Anaerobic Digestion
We are seeking a Process Group Leader for Anaerobic Digestion (AD) to lead a multidisciplinary Process Engineering team, providing technical and disciplinary guidance to ensure project success.
Responsibilities   Promotes effective communication and teamwork, leading by example.
Ensures project execution meets timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while actively participating in project tasks.
Reviews Process technical documentation (H&MB, PFD, PIDs, control logics) and oversees workload distribution and resource allocation.
Supports recruitment and onboarding of Process Engineers, in coordination with the local Process Engineering Manager.
Develops employee growth plans and provides coaching and technical support.
Contributes to the creation of guidelines, specifications, and internal directives, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Qualifications   Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
10+ years’ experience in Anaerobic Digestion (AD) for biogas production, including 3+ years in the role of Process Engineering Group Leader.
Proven ability to lead and execute projects successfully.
Strong decision-making skills, capable of evaluating operational solutions independently and acting decisively within defined limits.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
