Codess Sociale Soc Coop is recruiting a  Coordinatore/coordinatrice socio assistenziale personale ASA/OSS  for the residential structure in Milano, Porta Garibaldi.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the team of assistive personnel, working closely with the structure’s coordination and other health and assistance professionals.

Implement and supervise processes, procedures and communication approaches in a structured environment.

Lead the team in continuous alignment with the organization’s objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

Possession of the  Operatore Socio Sanitario  qualification.

Minimum two years of experience in the ASA/OSS role with coordination responsibilities.

Strong ability to work in structured contexts, using different communicative approaches and following corporate processes and procedures.

Passion for the socio‑sanitary and assistance sector, leadership skills, and an authoritative approach focused on the growth of the team’s competences, abilities and knowledge.

Residence in Milano or the surrounding area.

Job type:
Full‑time (38 hours per week) in a subordinated employment relationship.
