We are CPL & Taylor by Synergos, an international digital‑solutions consulting firm specialising in the Life Sciences sector. Based in Italy, we support pharmaceutical and biotech companies across regulatory, pharmacovigilance, clinical trials, medical affairs and quality assurance. The role is full‑time, permanent and open to candidates from Verona, Milano and Roma.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Support clients in digital clinical transformation—planning projects, gathering requirements and monitoring deliveries to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal procedures and best‑practice.

Coordinate project milestones and deliverables, ensuring on‑time delivery and maintaining documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Implement clinical digital solutions such as eTMF, CTMS and SCE, organising projects, documenting processes and monitoring activities.

Prepare and maintain project documentation (kick‑off presentations, result sharing), conduct gap analyses and develop strategic roadmaps.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities, collect feedback and propose enhancements to processes and methodologies.

Assist in change management and hyper‑care activities for implemented systems.

Facilitate stakeholder communication between internal teams, clients and partners.

Triage client requests and issues during project execution, ensuring proper escalation.

Define project KPI and support monitoring of project progress.

QUALIFICATIONS

Degree in Bioinformatics or a related field.

Professional English proficiency.

Familiarity with ICH‑GCP and regulatory requirements, notably ICHE6(R3).

Knowledge of clinical operations workflows (study start‑up, site management, monitoring, trial master file management).

Experience with clinical digital platforms (EDC, eTMF, CTMS, SCE).
