Identity & Access Governance Manager

* You will join the team of Identity Governance and in particular in the business /management Legal & Risk reporting directly to Head Of Information Protection & Cyber Resilience.
* You will have the opportunity to be involved in managing Identity & Access Governance (IAG) topics, nationally and internationally. In detail, you will manage the identity and access governance platform, join IAG projects and initiatives, identify and address IAG issues, maintain documentation for the IAG program, participate in IAG audits and review access control reports to identify potential risks, update and maintain the IAG system according to changes in the organization’s business needs.
* You have 5–8 years of experience in Identity & Access Governance projects;
* You hold a degree in computer science and security technologies;
* You have excellent knowledge of Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management;
* You are fluent in both English and Italian, spoken and written;
* You are proactive, patient, curious, organized, and collaborative;
* You know how to work effectively in a team, communicate clearly, and present your activities.
* Previous experience in consultancy companies;
* Basic knowledge of Information Security and ICT.
