AI & Data Solution Architect
Join our Corporate Data & Analytics team at global headquarters in Milan. We are looking for an AI & Data Solution Architect to lead the design of AI and data product solutions and architectures, supporting the delivery of strategic projects that tackle real-world business challenges across all company departments.

Responsibilities

Design scalable, secure, and high‑performing solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks to support business needs across dashboarding, data pipelines, and advanced analytics.

Translate functional and business requirements into robust technical architectures aligned with enterprise standards.

Collaborate with enterprise architects and other solution architects in the Board of Architecture to define cross‑functional solutions.

Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance standards.

Support implementation teams during project delivery and validate architectural decisions.

Maintain architectural documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Knowledge and Skills

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data & analytics roles, with a strong background in solution architecture.

Deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Power BI.

Solid understanding of cloud‑native architecture, data lakehouse models, and ML/AI frameworks.

Mandatory certification:
Databricks Certified Data Engineer (or equivalent).

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in structured, cross‑functional environments.
