Transformation Project Manager

Responsibilities

Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

Coordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders

Prepare and maintain project documentation (project plans, reports, KPIs, risk logs)

Gather and analyze requirements; define project roadmaps and milestones

Track deliverables and proactively address issues or risks

Support digital transformation initiatives and innovation-related projects

Facilitate communication and alignment across multidisciplinary teams

Oversee project budget, timelines, and resource allocation, implementing corrective actions when needed

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Computer, Management Engineering, or similar fields

3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related roles, ideally within consulting or system integration environments

Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)

Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities

Comfortable working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams

Familiarity with digital transformation, IT processes, or emerging technologies

Good level of English (spoken and written), C1

Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence)

Deep knowledge of English language is mandatory (c1 level)
