At xFarm Technologies we aim to drive the digital transformation of agriculture, improving the lives of millions of farmers while boosting environmental, economic, and social sustainability.

We do this by developing digital tools and consulting projects, creating a true Smart Farming ecosystem: apps, sensors, software integrations, and advanced analytics tools.

Today, our products are used by over 450,000 farms in Europe and South America, covering more than 8 million hectares.

Now it’s time to accelerate … and we need YOU!

What you will actually do (day-to-day)
In this role, you will lead the execution of assigned projects, ensuring quality, alignment, and platform adoption. Your responsibilities will include :

Project & Client Management

Coordinate digitalisation projects for major European agri-food supply chains.

Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, translating business and operational needs into concrete actions.

Plan activities, milestones, deliverables, and project reporting.

Facilitate alignment across internal teams (Product, IT, Support, Data, Sales) and external partners.

Data & Platform Execution

Analyse business and field data to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable insights for clients.

Support clients and partners in adopting the platform’s modules (fields, activities, sustainability, telemetry, API…).

Perform operational configurations (data imports, mapping, templates, account setup, etc.).

Training & Change Management

Deliver training to end users, field technicians, partner companies, and supply chain stakeholders.

Create training materials, user guides, and both live and recorded sessions.

Support the organisational change required for full digital adoption.

Problem Solving & Ownership

Proactively solve issues, even when the root cause is not immediately clear.

Prioritise tasks autonomously, considering customer impact and roadmap implications.
Contribute to internal process improvements and product evolution by providing structured feedback.

Who we are looking for
A professional with solid experience, operational maturity, and technical curiosity, with :

Strong communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.

A data-driven mindset and confidence working with datasets (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards).

Native-level Italian, as many interactions, trainings, and customer-facing activities are conducted in Italian.

English B2 or higher, as several projects involve international teams and partners.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, even in complex environments.

Nice to have (not required but appreciated) :

Experience in the agri-food or sustainability sector.

Familiarity with tools such as PowerPoint / Keynote, advanced Excel, Slack, Notion, Salesforce.

Interest in tech topics: APIs, SQL, Metabase, simple Python scripts, geospatial data, etc.

Experience managing enterprise clients or multi-stakeholder projects.
