Responsibilities Engage customers face‑to‑face and remotely to deliver technical support, POC development, and product demonstrations.
Handle technical exchanges, track and resolve issues, and coordinate fixes with internal teams.
Provide training to internal staff and external partners on network products and services.
Support customers via phone, email, and other remote channels.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (Computer/Telecommunications) or equivalent;
Post–Graduate Diploma or professional degree acceptable.
Minimum 2 years experience as a technical engineer in IT, with solid knowledge of network best practices.
Thorough understanding of TCP/IP, common protocols, routing, OSI model, and network security technologies.
Experience with firewall, UTM, network security, wireless technologies, and mainstream network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Bluecoat, Riverbed, Aruba, Ruckus).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability to troubleshoot network products.
Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are desirable.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
