Your impact
You will join the Revenue Operations Domain and partner with our Commercial and Growth teams. Your goal is to use advanced analytics and machine learning to drive decisions that directly influence Mollie’s bottom line.

What You’ll Ship

Develop and maintain predictive models for churn prediction, customer lifetime value (LTV), and lead scoring to optimise our commercial funnel.

Design and analyse A/B tests and experiments to measure the impact of new pricing strategies, campaigns, and product features.

Apply uplift modelling to identify which merchants will respond best to specific retention or upsell efforts.

Translate complex business questions into clear data problems and present actionable recommendations to non‑technical stakeholders.

Continuously monitor model performance and impact, ensuring that insights remain accurate and relevant as the market changes.

Adopt best practices and standards for the development of robust ML models.

Collaborate closely with MLEs to prepare your code and model for production using the ML Platform.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics, focused on commercial, growth or product problems.

Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn) and SQL for data manipulation and modelling.

A solid foundation in statistics and machine learning (regression, classification, clustering, causal inference).

Experience with experimentation (A/B testing) and the ability to distinguish between correlation and causation.

The ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to commercial stakeholders and leadership.

Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP, Big Query) and version control (Git).
