Role Overview
As a consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation of our STAEDEAN solution for the Life Sciences industry in combination with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&SCM. You will bridge the gap between technology and business objectives, ensuring that STAEDEAN solutions align with client organizational goals. Your primary focus is on helping businesses leverage Microsoft D365/STAEDEAN to improve productivity, streamline operations, and achieve strategic objectives.
The role blends direct customer work, partner support, and internal collaboration with our product team.
What You’ll Do
Demonstrate and present software solutions, including preparation, execution, and follow‑up with customers and partners.
Define in‑scope solutions based on discovery checklists for software and services.
Participate in requirements and fit/gap analysis for in‑scope solutions and train key users.
Collaborate with our Build team, share customer experiences, and support design document preparation, new feature testing, and bug management.
Ensure the quality of process documentation and solution design based on our Success by Design framework.
Contribute to our methodology by defining, creating, and maintaining implementation templates, including configuration process descriptions, test scenarios, and accelerators.
Communicate with fellow consultants to align on functional challenges within running projects.
Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1+ year experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&SCM, Azure, Power Platform, or other ERP systems.
Experience in at least one of:
Inventory, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
Detail‑oriented with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
Self‑starter capable of working independently and as a team player.
Willingness to continuously improve and develop yourself and your team.
Analytical skills to innovate and improve current design and architecture of solutions.
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences markets and regulations.
Microsoft D365 certifications (MB‑300 / MB‑310 / MB‑330).
Power Platform knowledge and experience, and/or PL‑200 certification.
