We are looking for an Apprentice for the Solution Application Center in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure Buildings area who will be trained as Technical field support.
During the apprenticeship you will receive comprehensive, state‑of‑the‑art training to develop your personal and professional skills and will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps. Responsibilities
Learn the fundamentals of safety and security systems in the building domain
Support technicians during their field activities
Find solutions for new integration of third‑party tools in our supervisor system
Define demo systems for internal colleagues
Learn network solutions and configuration
Interact with HQ for support‑request escalation
Required Entry Qualifications
You are under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
You have a technical academic background (Diploma or ITS)
Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server is a plus
Proficiency in English and Italian
Team‑player ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a changing environment
Passion to never‑stop growing
Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co‑create and share knowledge
Eligibility to work in Italy
