The Role
You will play a key role in coordinating inspection and expediting activities across projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Acting as a central point of contact, you will work closely with inspectors, expediters, and clients.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coordinate inspectors and expediters
Plan inspection and expediting activities based on project needs and client notifications
Ensure inspection reports are delivered accurately and on time
Communicate directly with clients and project stakeholders
Review, validate, and approve inspection and expediting reports
What We’re Looking For
Excellent command of English (minimum B2 level)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong organizational and coordination skills
High school diploma or equivalent (technical background is a plus)
