Iper La grande i is an Italian company operating in the GDO sector, with more than 20 hypermarkets nationwide. We are looking for a Pastry Chef for our store in Milano Portello (MI).

Addett* - Pasticceria - Full Time
Responsibilities
Preparation of cakes, pastries, biscuits, mignonnette, single portions, yeasted products, and other pastry items according to traditional recipes.
Use of equipment such as mixers, ovens, planetary mixers, and beaters.
Baking pastries and cakes in the oven.
Decoration of pastries and cakes with creams, ganache, fruit, and other ingredients.
Packaging pastries in boxes or bags.
Display pastries in the refrigerated or ambient display.
Assist customers in selecting pastry products and provide product information.
Maintain the order and cleanliness of the pastry lab.
Refill the lab with raw materials and finished products.
Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
Deep understanding of various pastry types and ingredients.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Comfort with customer contact.
Manual dexterity and precision.
Creativity and flair for pastry and cake preparation.
Mastery of pastry and cake decoration techniques.
Previous experience as a traditional pastry chef is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Ability to work quickly and precisely.
Customer‑centric orientation and problem‑solving.
Availability to work shifts, including flexible hours, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
