Global Visual Merchandising Coordinator

Position: Global Visual Merchandising Coordinator (5884)
Overview  Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a  Global Visual Merchandiser Coordinator  based in Milan. The successful candidate will be part of the Global Visual Merchandising Department.
Responsibilities   Embrace Company VM strategy, creating relevant guidelines accordingly in order to share the creative vision with the Regional teams
Ensure execution of all VM concepts across relevant territories in line with guidelines and timelines from HQ, through regular store visits and reporting
Guarantee visual excellence and consistency in product display across all Regions
Check and oversee the photo reports (VM reports) received from Regional teams and share feedback in order to improve the standards
Understand Regional needs in order to suggest strategies and local adaptations to VM Management
Partner with Merchandising department in order to receive the necessary information for a consistent seasonal product display, in accordance with the product and image strategies
Manage and coordinate the seasonal VM training to all markets
Showroom set-up and activities during Sales Campaign
Constantly monitor VM KPIs
When relevant, involvement in VM aspects of corporate, Alta Moda and special events
Manage new store openings Visual Merchandising processes
Build solid working collaboration with internal Departments (Merchandising, Retail, Wholesale, Store&Properties, Marketing etc.) to receive the necessary information for a consistent seasonal product display, in accordance with product and image strategies
Qualifications   Solid prior experience in a similar WW role within the luxury industry
Fluent English
Ability to both communicate and negotiate effectively
Strong luxury feeling and contemporary insight
Photoshop and Power point knowledge
