MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Within the Retail Marketing Department in the Visual Merchandising Team in Acqua di Parma HQ, the Visual Merchandising Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

Keep up to date with competitors’ best practice and visual innovations

Create and develop the concept of pop-ups and outposts in terms of image, from the inspiration to the final set-up

Create and develop the scenography of our boutiques - windows, focus points, animations, product exhibition – and scale it down with adequate adaption to counters

Create and develop merchandising kits and guidelines to animate shelves, stand out from competitors and optimize visibility and sell out per linear meter

Create and develop VM kits for Boutique and top counters

Work directly with countries to help ensure optimized design for different store clusters and for space negotiations

Provide visual tools and guidelines to develop special projects (e.g. festivity, personalization, etc).

REQUIREMENTS

A University Degree in Architecture or Design; and a previous Visual Merchandising experience in the luxury business are a must

Organizational skills, accuracy and timeliness

Creativity and innovation approach

Excellent relational skills and entrepreneurial attitude

Very strong techical skills (e.g. Rhinoceros, Auto Cad, Photoshop and Illustrator)

Fluent in English.
