Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, the Visual Merchandiser Assistant will support the team in the execution of the LFB merchandising strategies in Italy and help in the day-to-day operational management of the various projects, taking care of the following activities:

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare brief to suppliers according to Brand strategies and Retail guidelines.
Follow the local production process with suppliers to guarantee the correct executions of trade visibilities in-store.
Create and send fragrances planograms to sales force, preparation of PPT presentations with merchandising guidelines, ensuring excellent image of the brand at the point of sale.
Make qualitative reports for the local team and for HQ regarding merchandising implementations.
Support in the management of orders in SAP, materials requests, and local shipments.
Support event and canvass organization.
PROFILE
Master’s degree in marketing / management / Arts& Design / Architecture or any other related.
Attention to detail and organizational skills will complete the profile.
Strong sensibility and passion for luxury and beauty sector.
Good attitude for teamwork.
Analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).
Proficiency in space allocation software (SKP, Adobe, Auto Cad, Photoshop) will be considered a plus.
Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
