In qualità di Stock Assistant di Sephora Italia, la Beauty Community più amata del mondo, ti occuperai di:
Supportare il direttore di negozio e gli Specialist nella gestione delle attività quotidiane
Contribuire attivamente al raggiungimento degli obiettivi dello Store (budget e target) essendo in grado di adattarti agli eventuali cambi di strategia e nuovi piani d’azione stabiliti dai tuoi manager
Contribuire alla creazione di un forte spirito di squadra collaborando con i tuoi colleghi di team e instaurando un clima virtuoso
Riordinare e gestire il magazzino e le delivery
Ricezione merci in ingresso e preparazione merci in uscita
Movimentazione della merce all'interno dello store
Gestione dell'inventario e verifica delle giacenze
Organizzazione del magazzino
Chi stiamo ricercando:
Esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi (Stock Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant) preferibilmente in contesti Retail multinazionali dinamici.
Conoscenza dei principali KPI del commercio.
Utilizzo del Pc e dei principali strumenti informatici.
Agilità, dinamismo e flessibilità.
Forte orientamento ai risultati.
Alta predisposizione al lavoro in team.
Doti organizzative.
Resistenza fisica e allo stress.
Diploma di scuola superiore.
Buona conoscenza dell’inglese.
