This role is at the intersection of front-end and back-end engineering, with a strong focus on the Word Press ecosystem. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives, leading projects from concept to deployment, and ensuring that our platform is fast, scalable, and future-ready. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior engineers, influence architectural decisions, and contribute to Motor

What you’ll do   Lead significant technology initiatives from design to deployment.
Leverage and extend the Word Press ecosystem (themes, plugins, core).
Build scalable, containerized systems using Docker and modern cloud infrastructures.
Design, query, and optimize relational databases.
Champion Dev Ops practices: automation, CI/CD, and system reliability.
Share knowledge, mentor junior engineers, and elevate the team’s engineering standards.
What we’re looking for   Proven expertise in the Word Press ecosystem.
Solid back-end experience with PHP and frameworks like Laravel.
Knowledge of Docker and container orchestration.
Strong foundation in database design and management.

Experience with cloud services and infrastructures.
A Dev Ops mindset with focus on automation and CI/CD.
Keen eye for detail and commitment to writing clean, efficient code.
Play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of a fast-growing tech company.
Build and deliver solutions used by some of the biggest automotive players in Europe.
