In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

Design and maintain scalable and efficient Java-based APIs, following modern microservice principles.

Integrate third‑party APIs into Java/Quarkus applications.

Perform unit, integration, and performance testing.

Collaborate with the team to understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Research, design, and develop complex backend solutions and propose technical improvements.

What skills are we looking for?

3+ years of professional experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Excellent knowledge of Java and proficiency with Java frameworks, such as Quarkus (preferred) or Spring Boot.

Experience with Microservice Architecture.

Experience working with SQL and No

SQL databases.

Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding Software Development Life Cycle.

Prior experience with Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with Prompt Engineering Patterns, RAG Fundamentals and AI‑Assisted Engineering Practices.

Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Nice to have:

Experience in the accounting domain.

Knowledge of Event‑Driven Architecture (e.g., Kafka, Rabbit

MQ, or similar).

Working knowledge of Test‑Driven Development (TDD).

Experience with cloud‑based infrastructure, such as AWS or Azure.

Flexibility and willingness to learn other backend technologies and frameworks.

Experience with Elasticsearch.
