Senior Software Engineer Red Hat OpenShift

Overview  Join the Red Hat Open Shift team and build the future of updating experience. Youll work on the Over-The-Air Updates team and build the system that keeps massive Open Shift clusters secure and up-to-date. Your work will directly impact the reliability of mission-critical systems around the globe.
Were a distributed team. Youll have the autonomy to drive your own projects while collaborating closely with teammates and the broader open source community. This role can be based in the Czech Republic Italy Poland or Portugal remote or on site.
What youll do   Build and maintain core services in Go and Rust .
Debug complex problems in a distributed environment and resolve customer-reported issues.
Lead technical projects from design to delivery.
Participate in a near monthly on-call rotation during normal business hours.
What were looking for   

Experience with Go or Rust .
Proven ability to own and deliver features from start to finish.
Proficiency with container-based applications and the Linux command line (Shell Git etc).
Familiarity with Kubernetes logging alerting and monitoring.
Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
Contributions to open source projects is a plus
Familiarity with Open Shift Prometheus Prow is a plus
Experience implementing LLM to solve business a plus
