Relationship Manager; Commercial Loan

• Job Type: Full-Time

The Relationship Manager develops new commercial loan opportunities, manages client relationships, and delivers tailored banking solutions. This role is responsible for commercial loan portfolio growth, credit quality, and client satisfaction.

• New business development for loans as well as deposits.
• With the assistance of an underwriter, prepare underwriting for loans to Loan Committee.
• Responsible for the management of a Commercial Loan portfolio.
• Review credit and financial analysis for annual loan review and/or loan renewal.
• Maintain and service an existing commercial loan customer relationship.
• Support other team members and other teams in lender-related functions.
• Participate in community-focused events and activities that support the Bank's Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives, strengthen community relationships, and enhance the bank's visibility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of business banking, relationship management, or business development experience, preferably within a financial institution.

  Knowledge of banking products and services, financial statements, client financial needs, and relationship management principles.
• Language: Working proficiency in Chinese is preferred to support efficient business communication.
