This is a key role supporting the business during a particularly busy period at the start of the new year, helping to ensure jobs are set up correctly and production runs smoothly. The ideal candidate will be able to start ASAP for initial training days, ahead of moving into a full-time schedule in the new year.

  • Cross-reference technical drawings, job records, and delivery information to confirm what has and hasn’t been received
  • Liaise with customers to clearly communicate any missing items required to progress work
  • Update and maintain accurate job status within the Enterprise Production Management (EPM) system
  • Assist with creating new jobs on the system to support finance and administration teams
  • Provide general administrative support to the office during peak workload periods
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date records at all times
About You

  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable chasing information and following up professionally with customers
  • Computer literate, with confidence using databases or job management systems
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proactive and capable of working independently once trained
  • An interest in motor sport is beneficial and will help you engage with the products and customers
  • Available to start ASAP for initial training days, ahead of a full-time schedule in the new year
