This is not “just another recruitment role.” You’ll be working directly with founders, investors, and leadership teams on assignments that shape the future of energy and mobility.

• Running the full 360 recruitment process - BD, client management, headhunting, and delivery.
• Building relationships with VC‑backed founders and investors, becoming a trusted partner.
• Managing senior-level searches (Director, VP, C‑Suite) across Europe and beyond.
• Contributing to Intervl’s growth story with opportunities to build your own vertical and team.

• A proven 360 recruiter with 2+ years’ experience (sector background flexible).
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and excited by working in a high‑growth environment.
• Interest in cleantech, climate tech, or the energy transition (no prior sector experience needed – just the passion to learn).

• Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
