- Up to £55,000 per annum

We are recruiting for a Site Manager tojoin a quality focused residential developer that specialises in building high quality housing on bespoke, rural locations. Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen as our client looks to strengthen their outstanding build department.

Description

You will deliver a 47 unit site made up ofthree, fourand five bedroom, niche housesfor private sale from inception to handover. As the Number One Site Manager you willoversee all activities on this busy construction site, maintaining relationships with all sub-contractors, ensuring build-targets are met and ensuring works are carried out to an exceptional quality.

Profile

Experience working within house building and experienced with traditional and timber framed housing.

Experience of managing small to medium, bespoke developments.

Excellent customer and business communication skills.

SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS
