Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor We have a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable house builder based in Southampton. The business is privately owned and undertakes high spec, new build developments with typically up to 50 units per phase. As a result of continued business growth and new projects coming to site, they're looking to expand their commercial team with an additional Quantity Surveyor.

About the role of Quantity Surveyor:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing your own projects and may be asked to manage two concurrently (experience dependent). You will be reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor:
Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly cashflow forecasts Deal with final accounts Key Requirements for this Quantity Surveyor role: HNC / Degree qualified Experience working within a house builder Have the full right to work in the UK Live in a commutable distance to Southampton What you'll receive in return:
