An exciting opportunity has opened up for a talented Assistant Designer to join a well-established outdoor lifestyle retailer on a permanent basis. Renowned for their high-quality, premium products, this brand designs and develops every item in-house across menswear, womenswear, and accessories.

As Assistant Womenswear Designer, you will assist in designing and developing innovative, stylish, and performance-driven outdoor and travel collections. You will be at the heart of shaping the future of the women's range, using your expertise to create commercially successful pieces that embody the brand's values, reflect seasonal direction, and meet the evolving needs of the female audience.

Your ideas will elevate the brand and inspire customers who value the perfect blend of function, comfort, and style.

We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of commercial experience within womenswear and who ideally has an interest in outdoor wear/active wear. Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is also a must.

You will enjoy hybrid working, with one day a week from home plus flexible start and finish times.
