Hours:
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00
The role includes:
* Managing a shared inbox and responding to customer emails
* Chasing up information on services or parts
* Keeping accurate records of communications
* Providing excellent customer support
You will have:
* Strong written communication and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* Previous customer service experience is beneficial, but not essential
