Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6:00pm

Salary: £28,000

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s successful team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer interactions and services
• Responsibility for communication between the customer and the workshop
• Responsible for scheduling appointments
• Coordinating with mechanics and technicians and managing service workflows
• Addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Accurately documenting and updating customer records

What we would like from you:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
• A positive and proactive attitude towards work and customer service

Advantageous:

• Previous experience in aftersales
