Hours:

8:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am - 1pm on Saturdays (shift based)

• Handle customer problems and questions via phone, webchat, and email, delivering a 5-star ROI experience.
• Support a long-time automotive partner, Kia, with customer service activities.
• Manage a fast-paced workload with calls, emails, and messages under tight deadlines; maintain sharp attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Demonstrate resilience and professionalism when dealing with challenging enquiries; engage in training and continuous learning.

• A 5% bonus following completion of initial Customer Service training (typically after 3 months) followed by a further 5% achievement bonus after 9 months in the job.
