We are seeking a Practice Manager with strong dental experience who is passionate about leadership, patient care and operational excellence for our Milton Keynes (Bletchley) practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fully private, state‑of‑the‑art clinic offering the full spectrum of general and specialist dentistry, alongside facial aesthetics. • Proven experience as a Practice Manager within the private dental sector.
• A confident, compassionate and patient‑centric approach.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, polished presentation.
• Strong organisational ability with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience with Software of Excellence is ideal (training provided).
• Ability to support with dental nursing is an advantage, but not essential.
• A leader who values teamwork, integrity and a calm working environment.
• Solid understanding of CQC compliance and dental governance.

• Leading, inspiring and supporting our highly skilled clinical and non‑clinical team.
• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations to ensure a smooth, exceptional patient journey.
• Handling patient communication, emails and practice enquiries with warmth and care.
• Managing stock, budgets, payroll preparation and liaising with external partners.
• Supporting with social media and maintaining Zental’s visual and brand standards.
• Upholding outstanding clinical compliance and CQC standards.
