Permanent position, full time.
Duties:
* To regulate, tune and voice Upright and Grand Piano’s within the Piano workshop and storage facility.
* To deal with technical and trade term enquiries from dealers.
* To deal with technical and general care enquiries from customers.
* To effectively solve technical problems in pianos through diagnosis and repair, capable of using hand tools and other equipment used in the field.
* To assist with Divisional promotional events, as well as dealer and customer/end-user piano selection and piano competitions.
* Ad hoc related duties as when required.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Piano Tuning and Maintenance are essential.
