About The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sustainability Advisor to join our Route Wide Environment Team based in Milton Keynes.

In this role, you will be managing and overseeing the sustainability advisor functions related to carbon and BREEAM. You will be responsible for meeting client contract requirements for sustainability and reporting, including timely submission of those related to PMU5, responsible sourcing, and waste management performance. You will also handle ongoing performance review, data reconciliation and interface with those responsible for PMU5 data sources, such as supply chain and internal EKFB project delivery teams, to ensure accurate and timely capturing of data.

Part of this role is sustainability tool training and onboarding, and providing ongoing support to users.

Supporting BREEAM and carbon advisor functions in the daily duties, including internal and external review, audit and verification, you will be responsible for ongoing delivery of sustainability aspects of the EKFB environmental strategy.

In addition, you will manage client stakeholder relationships, key internal stakeholder relationships with interfacing functions, and oversee implementation of the EKFB EMS, review and updating of route-wide standards and plans, and support during ISO
14001 internal and external audits. You will review sustainability data, including waste management, water and energy consumption, to identify organisational trends and risks.
