Apprentice BMS Project Manager

What You’ll Be Up To:

• Deliver BMS projects for industrial, commercial, and residential markets
• Consult with clients to enhance buildings, reduce running costs and emissions, and improve overall performance
• Gain a solid understanding of the main areas our systems interact with, including HVAC controls, Mechanical, Electrical, and Building Services Systems
• Receive guidance from a mentor on fundamental BMS engineering principles, teaching innovative methods to lower energy costs, reduce emissions, and improve building efficiency
• Create detailed project plans for various systems, ensuring compliance with industry and legislative standards
• Visit a wide variety of customer sites and businesses – no two days are the same! You must be a confident driver

Train’d Up Level 3 Project Controls Technician – mix of college learning and hands‑on mentoring

• GCSEs in English & Maths – Grade 5 (C) or above; I.T. would also be great
• Full UK Manual driving licence (automatic licences are not accepted)
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions
• Good physical health – the job can be labour‑intensive at times
• Willingness to travel, work away, and stay over in hotels when needed
• Positive team spirit, strong communication skills, and a love for technology and engineering

£17,685 starting salary
