Finance Manager – ACA First-Time Mover

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Up to £62,000 + Excellent Benefits

As Finance Manager
, you’ll work directly with the Head of Finance (ACA, Big
4), who will be a fantastic mentor and sounding board as you transition into industry. This role is designed for potential as much as experience, giving you exposure to:

• Consolidation across multiple entities
• Audit and technical accounting
• Supporting commercial finance as the business scales
• Helping shape processes and controls in a growing group structure

Due to the pace of growth, there is a realistic opportunity to progress to Senior Finance Manager or Financial Controller within 18–24 months, and you’ll also play a key role in building a team beneath you as the finance function expands.
