Basic to £35,000 basic, plus car allowance and 15-25% commissions, OTE £55,000 - £75,000 or self employed may also be available.

A rare opportunity for an experienced fully CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to join an established Mortgage Brokers that receive loyal leads and dedicated new build sites throughout the South East.

Our client requires an experienced Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser to work in a centralised office in Milton Keynes, alongside a team of Mortgage Brokers.

Our client has excellent links to various new build sites throughout the South East where the successful broker will receive between 15-30 leads per week where currently 5-7 mortgages are signed up.

This is a fast‑paced role where you will be required to deal with the new build leads on a day‑to‑day basis and act upon the clients’ interest immediately. You may also have to work 1 weekend in 3.

As well as having access to new hot leads on a day‑to‑day basis but the successful applicant will also have access to the existing client base to work on and offer advice on the existing mortgages that they have in place.

Applications will be considered from fully CeMAP or CF1 & CF6 or MAQ qualified Mortgage Brokers or Mortgage Advisers. Attitude and motivation are key for this role, training will be provided to help any new recruits.

Outstanding opportunity for an experienced fully qualified driven mortgage broker or mortgage adviser who can deal with a very busy diary and deal with clients in an urgent nature.
