Program Management Office Lead – Summer‑Browning Associates Ltd

Summer‑Browning Associates are currently supporting our client within the central government, who are seeking a PMO Lead on an initial 6‑month assignment.

• Experience working in a PMO environment and implementing best practice frameworks that align with large‑scale Government Project Delivery standards and processes.
• Proven leadership skills in managing a PMO team, including PMO managers and support staff.
• Expertise in core PMO functions, such as programme/project scheduling, resource management, risk and issue management, programme governance, budgeting and cost management, and change control.
• Experience with the onboarding and offboarding of resources and tracking the status of security clearances.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project scheduling and risk management tools, including Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience working in public sector or defence secure environments.
• Active SC Clearance.
