Brow & Lash Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Brow & Lash Specialist based in Milton Keynes. The Brow & Lash Specialist will provide expert brow and lash services, including shaping, tinting, threading, lamination, waxing, and lash enhancements. Responsibilities include performing consultations to tailor services to client needs, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment, and adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

The role requires ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and fostering long-term client relationships.

• Strong expertise in brow and lash techniques, including shaping, threading, waxing, tinting, and lamination.
• Attention to detail and precision in delivering high-quality, tailored services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent client consultations and build lasting relationships.
• Understanding of hygiene, safety protocols, and professional beauty standards.
• Ability to stay updated with industry trends and apply contemporary techniques in client services.
• Minimum certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field; advanced certifications in brow or lash techniques are a plus.
• Previous experience working in a brow or lash bar, salon, or similar environment is preferred.
