Location: Milton Keynes (with some UK travel)

Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 DOE

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to optimise resource deployment, drive utilisation, and support talent strategy across the business. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love building relationships, and have a commercial mindset, this role is for you.

• Partner with business leaders to understand client and project resource needs
• Drive utilisation and advise on resourcing best practice
• Balance conflicting demands to achieve the best commercial outcomes
• Analyse utilisation reports and assist with forecasting and deployment decisions
• Support onboarding of contingent workers and process improvements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous experience in professional services (highly advantageous)
• Commercial mindset with strong Excel skills
• Ability to prioritise, multitask, and manage workload under pressure
• Proactive attitude toward change and continuous improvement
