Lorien's UK leading Investment banking client are currently looking for a highly skilled Onboarding Manager to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.

• Managing relationship with screening supplier
• Continuous monitoring of screening service performance
• Screening journey continuous process improvement
• SME for screening queries/topics for San Uk and entities including non RFB entities
• Screening escalations and complaints managements
• Screening dispensations and appeals
• Advice on more complex decisions needed on screening cases/referrals sent by Reed
• SME for third parties/suppliers screening queries and vetting exceptions assessments (HR vetting weekly call)
• SME for Execs/confidential hires going through screening
• Quarterly Employment Screening Panel with HR risk, Fraud, Economic Crime etc*
• Quality assurance quarterly screening checks (final check and producing report)
• CX3 Access Control
• Reed End User Guide control
• Onboarding Screening Guide control
• Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly reviews of the remaining screening controls

• Support on senior leaders and international candidates onboarding journeys
• Exec onboarding product ownership
• Review and improvement of onboarding journey and internal content (Onboarding Hub for new joiners, Hiring Manager onboarding page, AskHR content etc.)
• Onboarding Tier 2 queries
• Role of the Manager onboarding BAU maintenance
