A growing international engineering business is looking for a Senior Analyst who can bring Power BI and SAP together to deliver, timely financial reporting into the Director of Finance. If you enjoy fixing the messy bits between systems and building dashboards that actually tell a story, this should be right up your street.

This isn't a role where you're endlessly tinkering with templates. You'll be creating automated reporting, shaping data flows and building dashboards end to end. The work genuinely influences decision making, so you'll need to be comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and the wider Finance team. • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Build clean integration between SAP and Power BI using scripting, APIs and data tools.
• Automate reporting processes to support real-time or near real-time financial insight.
• Work with Finance to understand requirements and translate them into dependable BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and structure across all reporting.
• Investigate and resolve data issues and system discrepancies between SAP and Power BI.
• Support the wider business in making better use of BI and self‑serve reporting.

• Strong hands‑on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
• Solid experience working with SAP and connecting it into external reporting tools.
• Confidence with SQL, Python or similar to build data flows and automate processes.
• Experience building automated reporting or full end‑to‑end BI solutions.
• Background in Finance or working closely with Finance teams is a real plus.
• A degree is required, though the subject itself isn't important.
• A stable track record and a mindset geared toward long‑term growth rather than short hops.
