About You!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the full 360° recruitment cycle - from business development to placing top talent, you’ll own it end-to-end.
• Win new clients - using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching to grow your book of business.
• Source exceptional tech talent - from Software Engineers to Dev Ops specialists, you’ll connect the best candidates with the right opportunities.

What You Bring:

• Proven recruitment experience within the tech world
• A natural ability to close deals and build trust fast
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High energy, self-motivation, and hunger to succeed
• An understanding of or interest in the tech industry and its talent market and a results-first mindset
