Web Manager

• Lead and maintain Word Press websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and brand consistency.
• Drive web traffic and conversions using Google Marketing Platform and other digital marketing tools.
• Coordinate SEO and CRO initiatives with internal teams and external agencies.
• Collate and analyse performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with the CTO to develop and launch revenue‑generating digital products.
• Work closely with marketing, sales and external partners to deliver high‑impact digital campaigns.

• Minimum 5 years experience in web management or digital marketing.
• Expertise in Word Press, web hosting, and Google Marketing Platform.
• Strong skills in conversation‑rate optimisation, UX/UI and design principles.
• Experience managing SEO and CRO projects with external agencies.
• Keen analytical mindset, ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

• Location:
  
  Milton Keynes – hybrid structure (2 days in office, 3 from home).
• Commute accessible from Bedford, Towcester, Brackley, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Buckingham and Leighton Buzzard.
