About The Team Services Sales Enablement is a function within the Services organization. We are responsible for representing Services during sales engagements for solutioning, consultation, estimation, and contracting. Our primary objective is to partner with sales to successfully sign new customers, and to ensure a smooth handoff to the services delivery teams.

About the Position The Services Coordinator is a key member of the team, responsible for keeping the team on track with multiple deliverables, initiatives, and projects. The coordinator acts as the central point of contact between Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customers. Responsibilities include the management of service requests, generating estimates, delivering Statements of work, and initiating the customer onboarding process.

Role and Responsibilities

Services Requests

  • Triage inbound Service Requests.
  • Prioritize requests according to commercial value, complexity, and resource availability.
  • Assign owners and deadlines.
  • Communicate status, actions, and blockers for request completion.
  • Manage tasks within Salesforce and JIRA.

Estimates

  • Ensure all required artefacts are complete to obtain an estimate.
  • Complete estimates in collaboration with Solution Architects and Service Delivery personnel.
  • Publish estimates to the Sales team.
  • Manage discount requests by working with Services leadership to ensure appropriate authority levels are applied.

Statements of Work

  • Develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for out of the box implementations.
  • Manage SOWs from initiation, completion, and approval cycle.
  • Publish SOWs to Sales team.
  • Manage requests for modifications with appropriate stakeholders.

Onboarding

  • Collaborate with Sales, Presales, and Services Delivery to hand off the project from Sales to Professional Services.
  • Organize the delivery by obtaining all artefacts from stakeholders to successfully complete the hand-off within service levels.

Initiatives

  • Track team initiatives and update the priority, status, actions, and due dates.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and stakeholders to progress team initiatives.

General

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings between SSE, Sales, Product, and PS.
  • Produce meeting minutes and track actions.
  • Collect metrics for SSE team performance.

About You

You have 3+ years of experience working with software projects in an analyst/coordinator role, preferably with financial/CRM applications. Organization, multi-tasking, and communication are core strengths in your skill set. You’re comfortable with constantly changing priorities in a high-pressure environment. You are self-motivated and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility for initiatives and results. You’re able to identify barriers/blockers quickly, then apply your problem skills to find a solution.

You’re also able to identify a process that is not working, suggest an improvement, gain approval for your suggestion, then implement the change. You’re able to establish strong working relationships by communicating clearly, managing expectations, and delivering on commitments. You have the confidence to challenge your team-mates and management. Your excellent written/verbal communication skills allow you to effectively express yourself to both internal and external customers.
