We are looking for a highly skilled FICO Debt Manager Tool Expert with a strong techno-functional background and proven project management capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the FICO Debt Manager platform, driving end-to-end implementations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of FICO Debt Manager tool across business units.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating functional requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in Finance, Risk, IT, and Compliance to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Drive data integration, reporting, and automation initiatives within the FICO ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability.
- Conduct user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in debt management, financial systems, or treasury operations.
- Hands-on experience with FICO Debt Manager or similar debt collection/management platforms.
- Strong techno-functional expertise in financial systems, data flows, and process automation.
- Proven experience in project management (PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with FICO, Oracle Financials, or other ERP systems.
- Exposure to cloud-based financial platforms and APIs.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to debt and collections (e.g., IFRS 9, Basel norms).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
